Any order held in the warehouse for more than 15 days at a customers request will be invoiced and must be
paid within terms. All forms of payment must be reviewed and approved by RestaurantFurniture.biz.
- Title of Merchandise
It is clearly understood that title to all merchandise sold remains with the seller until the purchase is
paid in full. The giving of possession by Seller to Buyer of unpaid merchandise, is solely an accomodation
to Buyer and does not pass any title to Buyer until the full charge is paid, including interest on the
balance at 1.5% per month.
- Orders and Revisions
Confirmation of orders may be made by fax or in writing by mail. Any changes made to original orders that
are in process may be subject to additional charges and delays. In the event of cancellation, purchasers
may be charged for materials and supplies whether work is in process or in stock. Prices are subject to change.
- Availability of Stock
RestaurantFurniture.biz does not guarantee availability of items shown on this web site. Certain items may be
discontinued at manufacturer's discretion without notice. We will try to keep the web site as current as possible.
All merchandise will be shipped COD unless otherwise agreed upon. A 50% deposit is required by RestaurantFurniture.biz,
unless otherwise agreed upon. All merchandise should be inspected by the consignor upon arrival. All claims of
damage from transport should be filed directly to the carrier by the customer.
All Chairs and Barstools must be inspected monthly for any signs of structural weakness (loose bolts, screws,
or seperation of joints). If this occurs the chair or barstool should be removed from service immediately until
proper maintenance can be performed. Chairs or Barstools should be wiped down and polished on a monthly basis.
The manufacturer uses only high quality hardware. All screws, bolts and pins are made from hardened steel.
Seat Panels are made of plywood, not particle board. Chair and Barstool legs are leveled and fitted with nylon
guides. Wood joints and connections are glued with high quality wood adhesives, pinned perpendicular to joint
and angle screwed (whenever possible) for maximum joint stiffness. This method has proven to proven to be
unparalleled in strength; far surpassing the use of vanity challenged steel corner brackets.
Unless otherwise stated on the product detail page, the Manufacturer warrants each product for 1 (one) year from purchase to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and sevice. Metal products are Manufacturer warranteed on frame failure due to broken or
fatigued welds for 5 (five) years from purchase date. Aluminum Products are Manufacturer warranteed on any broken or
fatigued aluminum for 1 (one) year from purchase date under normal use and service. The manufacturer offers a
1 (one) year warranty on vinyl and fabric upholstery excluding customers own material. This warranty does not
apply to modified products or components or to a product that is damaged by accident, abuse, neglect or
misuse for its designated purpose.
No merchandise can be returned without express written authorization of RestaurantFurniture.biz. All returns are subject
to a restocking and handling charge. If a defect is noticed, it should be reported to RestaurantFurniture.biz within
5 days of shipment arrival. Customers are to refuse damaged product at time of delivery, or Buyer may be
subject to pay freight on damaged goods.
